Anacharsis ist ein sagenumwobener Skythe, der zu Solons Zeiten eine Entdeckungsreise durch Griechenland unternommen haben soll. Trotz seiner barbarischen Abstammung wurde er mitunter zu den Sieben Weisen gezählt und gilt als Vorsokratiker.
