John Milton Hay war ein US-amerikanischer Politiker und von 1898 bis 1905 Außenminister der Vereinigten Staaten. Er gilt als einer der einflussreichsten amerikanischen Politiker der Jahrhundertwende und nahm wichtige Weichenstellungen für die USA vor, die bis in die heutige Zeit nachwirken.
