Michael Mackintosh Foot war ein britischer Politiker. Er war Vorsitzender der Labour Party von 1980 bis 1983. Foot zählte neben Harold Wilson, James Callaghan und Tony Benn zum politischen Urgestein von „Old Labour“. Er ist der jüngere Bruder des Rechtsanwalts Sir Dingle Foot, des liberalen Politikers John Foot, Lord Foot und des ehemaligen Gouverneurs von Zypern Hugh Foot, des späteren Lord Caradon, dessen späterer Sohn der Journalist Paul Foot war.
