Richard Burton, CBE , geboren als Richard Walter Jenkins jr., war ein britischer Schauspieler. Burton, der zunächst als Shakespeare-Darsteller hervortrat, gilt als einer der bedeutendsten englischsprachigen Bühnenschauspieler.
