Jeffrey „Jeff“ Lynne ist ein britischer Musiker und Musikproduzent.
Lynne war Mitglied der Bands The Idle Race, The Move, Electric Light Orchestra und Traveling Wilburys. Als Produzent war er z. B. für folgende Musiker tätig: Tom Petty, Randy Newman, Julianna Raye, Roy Orbison, Del Shannon, Dave Edmunds, Miss B.
